I was reflecting back on a quote my furniture design professor said last semester by Charles Eames, and thought of some other quotes I know of from other well known designers and thinkers. These are quotes that I think are true when it comes to design and thinking itself. I also wanted to try an overprint design to see how it works and what color combos work well together.
These were just made in Photoshop, first thing to do was find images that I could use and then I colored them from the black and white images they were. In doing some tests I thought the cyan/magenta, orange/blue, and blue/red combos worked well together. Then it was as simple as adding the quotes on top of the images and changing the blending modes to multiple to get this overprint effect.
