I loved making the HAKUNA MATATA and SPOOKY project using the blend tool and thought what are some of the different ways this tool can be used. Those two projects had a defined end goal of drawing out Halloween images or a mono-line typeface. I wanted to see if I could come up with something that was a bit more abstract.
For this project I just drew some abstract blob shapes with the pen tool and then used the blend tool to have these rippling effects. One thing I tried that was different was making the stroke of my path thin and also making it a dashed line to get these cool intersections of points. Then it was just messing around with the handles to get something I like and made something abstract out of it.
